Flydubai

Fly Dubai is a low-cost carrier (LCC) owned by the Emirati government in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It’s headquartered at Dubai and has flight operations in Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport. Fly Dubai has flights to a total of 95 destinations.

They operate in routes across Africa, Europe, Central Asia, the GCC, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia. Their aim is to not only continue to expand their network, but to make the journey as efficient as possible, with more regular flights, more direct routes and more comfortable in-flight options.

They have flown over 70 million passengers and they are the second-largest carrier, by passenger numbers, operating out of Dubai International. Fly Dubai enables travel companies to offer smarter, simpler, and cost-effective rates to their customers.

Flydubai confirms new wet lease agreement with Smartwings

The Dubai-based airline signed a lease agreement to lease 4 Next-Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft from 17 October 2023 to 16 April 2024. The agreement will allow Flydubai to increase capacity across its network during busy travel periods.

Flydubai touches down in Olbia

14 years of Flydubai

Flydubai, the Dubai-based carrier, completed 14 years of operations. The carrier welcomed its first passengers on board its inaugural flight FZ 157 from Dubai to Beirut on 01 June 2009. Since then, flydubai has changed the way people travel around the region by enabling them to visit more places.
